Joel is great! He’s really nice and patient. He took us to many houses and even did virtual walkthroughs after we left Idaho. He’s trustworthy and reliable.

We had previously had our house on the market with a different realtor/company for a few months and the whole experience was horrible! We were very hesitant to put it back up again, but from day one when Joel reached out to me I knew that he was very knowledgeable and we were going to successfully sale our house quickly!
